My sister and I were chatting on the phone the other day and she asked me if I had any suggestions for a great dessert tot ake to a bridal shower. She volunteered to bring a sweet treat. I immediately thought of this wonderful no-bake banana cream pudding cheesecake pie. This pie is seriously easy to make, looks gorgeous, and tastes like a dream come true. Plus, it’s dainty and pretty so bringing it to a bridal shower would be ideal. My sis was all jazzed up about this pie so we dug up the recipe and decided we make it together.
Of course, my little sister lives in Michigan and I’m in Pennsylvania so we had to make the pie together over Skype. LOL! it was a lot of fun and it’s always great seeing her sweet face.
