Everyone Will Get Seconds And Maybe Thirds – So Make Plenty!
It’s so hard to believe this dish only has a few ingredients! You wouldn’t know it by the first bite. It’s packed full of flavor and has that memorable Ranch kick that made the salad popular in the first place.
Now we get to have it in a cheesy, meaty dish that is more than satisfying for the whole family. You can use white or brown rice as your starch, which is always a winner with my kids because they could eat rice plain, just because. Thankfully, I found this recipe that has plenty of yum, that really excites plain rice any day of the week. You bet your bottom dollar we have been making this often ever since!
My son who is super picky asked for seconds of this one. He asked if next time I could make it with noodles though. I don’t see why not! That’s the beauty of dishes like this, they can be altered to your personal tastes. I was actually thinking it’d be a great topping for baked potatoes.

I don’t like what all you have to go thru to see your recipes.. when I go to the page I expect to see the recipe..
I agree with you, Ada!
I don’t think it’s difficult to skip all the reading n just write the recipe, 2 clicks on the mouse is not a difficult task for a good recipe. 🙂
Dam Ada are you lazy or impatient?
Does this recipe have Ranch in it? I don’t find it in the ingredients but it’s called Zesty Ranch Bake?
Parsley, Dill, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Sea salt & Pepper are the seasonings used in Ranch Dressing. ~C.
Sounds yummy! I think I might add a little onion to this…just because I like onion and ground beef.
You tap on “Next Page” in red to see recipe.
No there is no “Ranch” dressing in the recipe.
It is made from ground turkey not ground beef.
The seasonings used in this recipe are also used to make ranch dressing.
It says ground beef in parentheis next to ground turkey.
Can you use ground beef? I don’t like ground turkey.
I would say use the ground beef, or ground pork, which I prefer. It comes down to the preference of each person. It can’t hurt to try.
Why do you ask for permission to use something else? Just do it – you aren’t going to kill anyone by substituting beef for turkey.
It is kind of shitty to make us down load an app to see an recipe. It doesnt say you have to down load it when they get your attention in the beginning. forget it I’ll make my own
I agree, Malu. That would be sh*tty of us to do. Thankfully, we don’t make you download any app to view our recipes. You must be clicking on an ad.
All I did was click on Next Page and the recipe is there. If you are having a lot of trouble with a lot of ads, AdBlockPlus does away with them. Been using it for years.
I don’t like the fact that u can’t post on facebook, cause I like to save recipes. I have to copy and paste to keep recipe. They don’t have names on the recipe. If u post just goes to the tastee page on facebook.
I didnt download an app and i found it just fine. It doesn’t take much effort to click twice to get to the recipe.
Once you get to the recipe you can open it in your browser then bookmark it. You can name the bookmark anything you want so you can find it later.
Is the rice/quinoa cooked or raw when added. Thanks!
Ignore! inquired before reading
Can’t print these recipes….
I’d like to be able to save recipes or at least print. here there isn’t an option
Hi. I can’t wait to try this. We use lots of ground turkey. I’d like your opinion on using an envelope of dry ranch dressing in this. Thanks so much.
