Ingredients

  • 3 yellow onions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 10 oz. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 pound Gruyére cheese
  • 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese

Quick Tip: You can use a different cheese, like pepper jack, as long as it’s melty.
