Do you ever get that feeling in the middle of the spring, or even summer, that you’d really love to fast forward to Christmas again? I do.

I’m not a crazy Christmas person in any way, but I do love all the scents and flavors related to the holiday season. That’s why, sometimes, I even cook a Christmas dinner in June! I know it sounds crazy, but I just can’t help it. Why have something once a year if it’s so delicious you’d like to eat it every other week?

This is the greatest fudge recipe ever – it’s extremely simple to make and only takes about 15 minutes of your time. I highly recommend you double the recipe, especially if you’re making these lovely treats for a dessert. They are so delicious your guests will gobble them up before you know it!

Ingredients

½ Cup Butter

¾ Cup Eggnog

2 Cups White Sugar

2 Cups White Chocolate Chips

(1) 7 Ounce Jar Marshmallow Creme

2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

½ Teaspoon Nutmeg, Grated

Instructions:

Line a 9×9-inch pan with foil. Spray with cooking spray.

In a medium sauce pan, combine butter, sugar, and eggnog. Bring to a boil.

Cook until the temperature reaches 234 degrees on a candy thermometer.

Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate until melted.

Stir in marshmallow creme, vanilla, and nutmeg.

Spread mixture into prepared pan.

Garnish with more grated nutmeg if desired.

Quick Tip: You can add a dash of spirits (just like you’d spike the egg-nog) for a little naughtiness.

Thanks to Baking Beauty for this mash-up of a mega munchie.
