Tongue In Cheek Cheesy Pasta Tortellini Bake That’s Made With Love

You might not know it by looking at the picture but this yummy baked tortellini recipe is insanely easy to follow. First of all, this casserole is super simple to throw together. Other than the mascarpone cheese, there really isn’t any fancy ingredients involved. I know that when my batch was baking up in the oven the aroma that scented the air in my house was to die for. I wanted the timer on the oven to go off so badly I could barely stand it! My husband and kids give this cheesy baked tortellini two thumbs up and so do I.
I’m German and I love this dish! I guess it is safe to say that everyone will love this yummy tortellini casserole.
Ingredients
1 lb frozen Buitoni cheese tortellini
1 jar Newman’s Own spaghetti sauce
1 jar of Alfredo sauce
1 cup of Kraft shredded mozzarella cheese
Kraft Parmesan to grate on top
Instructions
Cook the pasta according the package. Mix both jars of sauce in a small saucepan and heat thoroughly.
Put a layer of sauce on the bottom of a glass baking dish. Add the pasta, spreading it out to make an even layer. Cover with the rest of the sauce, the mozzarella and bake for about 20 minutes on 350 degrees. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
