Cheesecake is undoubtedly the nectar of the Gods. It is light and fluffy and full of goodness in every bite. Combined with carrot cake? Mind blown. I mean, carrot cake traditionally has the cream cheese icing so just stop for a moment and ponder the meeting of these two greats. Cheesecake is like cream cheese only ten million times better, add in the moist carrot cake and you are taking your taste buds on a trip to flavor town. You completely owe it to yourself to put in the little effort and enjoy. Yes, it’s actually quite easy to whip up!
You don’t have to make the trip to Cheesecake Factory to eat a worthy dessert like this. I saw the list of ingredients and thought this may take me all night, but honestly it’s not as time consuming as you think. Just give it a try and you’ll be impressed.
