Like many kids, I didn’t love vegetables. My mom never wanted to put cheese on vegetables, like many moms do with broccoli, or carrots. In fact, my mom never wanted to dress up vegetables at all. She wanted us to enjoy the flavors of vegetables straight up, without relying on artificial flavors mucking it up.
Now that I’m an adult, however, I can muck them up all I want! That means I can add more salt than is necessary, or I can dip them in ranch…. or I can make this cheesy brussel sprout recipe and indulge! I wish I had found this recipe sooner! I might have been eating brussel sprouts this entire time! You will love the creamy, cheesy goodness of this recipe. I hope your family devours it as fast as mine does!
