Are You Ready For The BEST Apple Pie Ever Known To Man?

If there is one thing I love about pie it is the crust. I am a huge fan of buttery, flaky pie crust. I honestly think I could just eat the crust and not the pie filling. LOL!

However, today’s recipe for homemade apple pie definitely leaves me wanting to eat the filling. You guys, this recipe is just like your grandmothers. It is entirely made from scratch and produces one of the best pie crusts I’ve ever eaten. It takes a minute to throw it all together but let me tell ya, once it’s made, you’ll be glad you put in the effort.

The crust in this apple recipe is flaky and delicious, and I think it might be because of the addition of buttermilk. I especially like how three types of apples are used. It just added to the overall yumminess. All that’s missing is a scoop of vanilla ice cream! If you have some on hand, please try this pie with the ice cream. It is going to make you slap your knees! I think I’ll being serving this yummy pie over the holidays.

How To Completely WOW Your Dinner Guests – It’s Easier Than You Think!

When someone mentions dessert, usually the first thing that comes to my mind is a cake of some sort. Which is great, of course – I love a good cake and I wouldn’t mind having some for dessert every day of the week! But occasionally I like to try something completely different. Some of the recipes I’ve tried have failed to be tastier than a nice cake, but others have turned out more delicious than I could have ever imagined.

Like these bananas, for example. Who would have thought such simple ingredients, with such easy instructions, would give you a flavor that seems to come straight from heaven?

You literally only need a handful of ingredients to make these, and it doesn’t take longer than a few minutes to have these on your plate – or should I say, on their way to your belly. Because these aren’t going to stay on your plate for longer than a few seconds!

This is also a great way to make an impression on your dinner guests. I guarantee you’re going to hear people ooh and ahh over the look and aromas of these alone.

This Cookie Is Insane!

Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy! I am really excited about this one! If ya’ll love chocolate chip cookies as much as I do, I know you’re going to go nuts for this.

I had heard of skillet cookies before but for some reason I had never tried them myself. It wasn’t until recently that I decided it was time for me to start experimenting with recipes and I am so glad I did! This massive cookie turned out so delish, I would have eaten the whole thing by myself if my family hadn’t made me share.

This skillet cookie is pure heaven on Earth; it’s chewy, it’s sweet, it’s gigantic. My favorite way of eating this is hot, straight from the skillet, with a scoop of ice cream beautifully melting on top of it.

The next time I make this (which will be tomorrow, actually) I’m going to use white chocolate chips instead of regular ones. I’m dying to also try this with some roasted almonds, or perhaps a mixture of different nuts!

Do you ever want your daily dose of fruit but snacking on an apple or a handful of berries just doesn’t like your kind of party? Well, you should definitely give this blackberry cobbler recipe a shot, then! I simply fell in love with this berry delight of goodness, and so did my family.

Sweet, plump blackberries smothered in a rich syrupy sauce topped with buttery crumble crust is the way I like to eat my fruit. Yes, this dessert does have some sugar in it, but let’s be honest, we can all handle a bit of extra sweetness in our day, right? There is nothing complex about this recipe at all. It’s easy to make and only contains five ingredients!

This mouthwatering dessert will wow your dinner guests!

Bring back those sweet berries of summer, with this dessert that is not only easy to make, but rich in tastes. Tear into the crispy crust of this cobbler, and let the juices ooze onto your fork. I recommend trying to use fresh blackberries if possible, but if they’re out of season, frozen will do just fine. This recipe only takes a little over an hour from start to finish, and can be dressed up with a creamy scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.

Let’s hear it from our friends over at Food Network:

I’ve made this recipe for over 40 years. My mom got it from a neighbor and it was called “Lazy Man’s Cobbler”. My recipe card is stained and the writing is almost invisible, but I know it so well, I don’t really need the card. My recipe calls for regular flour and 2 teaspoons baking powder instead of the self-rising flour. Like other reviewers have said, it’s incredibly easy and works well with either canned or fresh fruit.

Don’t just take our word for it – try this amazing dessert yourself!

Hello everyone! I was going to start this post with big and fancy words to describe the dessert I’m about to present. As I started typing, I realized none of the words were, in fact, big or fancy enough to give you an idea of what this incredible lava cake is about. Fit-for-the-gods, this dessert is one that no-one can turn down. It is perfect in every way, and so easy to make you will not believe it. If you’re planning a nice dinner for friends or family, there is no question this lava cake will be the highlight of it!

This recipe makes 4 individual cakes, so if you are hosting a larger crowd, it may be best to double the recipe. You can serve it with vanilla ice cream, or whipped cream for a garnish. Either way, you’ll be presenting a luxurious, crowd-pleasing plate.

Quick tip: Sometimes microwaving any form of chocolate, can dry it out.  If you have a double boiler, that works best, or you can place a smaller pan in a larger one, filled with boiling water, and melt it that way.
