I love squash of all kinds. Cook it up in the oven, smother it in butter and dig in. That was the way I always made it but then I began to discover new ways that it could be cooked up and enjoyed – and it’s been heaven.
This recipe combines yellow squash with stringy cheese, breadcrumbs and a bit of spice. I’ve never had it this way but it blew me away! I beg you to try this before you waste any more time. Sure, the buttered and baked version is awesome too, but you can never have too much squash.
