It’s frustrating and amusing to hear people say they’re on a diet and are now living a healthier lifestyle and then see them eat something sinful a few moments later. This happens to me a lot because I really can’t resist my favorite food. Lately, I have been losing pounds because I don’t sleep a lot and I have so much work to do. Mom said I needed to put on a few pounds because I am starting to look like the skeleton warrior. My best friend feels the same and she’s trying to feed me with a lot of sweets sometimes. She is tag-teaming with my mom and my boyfriend lately.
She found this recipe over at Confessions of a Confectionista. This fudge is lighter that the regular fudge, but still tastes as heavenly. She made this in my very own kitchen while I was watching her. She was throwing nasty glares at my laptop which I brought over to the kitchen counter, but didn’t say anything thank goodness. She’s a bit scary sometimes which is why I decided to just eat the fudge she offered without a fuss when she handed it to me. I would have to say it’s her fault that I’m now addicted to these sinfully healthy fudge!
