Normally I use only breasts and I was going to substitute this recipe for breasts instead of thighs, which could easily be done. I am glad I didn’t – these are some of the tastiest thighs I have had in a while. I didn’t have to change a thing in this recipe, even though I usually like to tweak all recipes at least a little bit.
This chicken is super tender, juicy and flavorful! It would work perfect for your next dinner party or you could make them, in bulk for a potluck or tailgate. I actually made this when the in-laws came over for dinner – my mother-in-law immediately asked me for the recipe! That’s always a good sign since she is a great cook herself!
