Ever since I’ve become an adult, and until recently I’ve purchased my Angel Food Cake from the store. Boy, have I been doing myself and my family a disservice! Not only is this cake so simple to make at home, it tastes SO much better when it’s fresh from the oven.
My husband was even shocked. He said, “Is this Angel Food Cake?” His eyes told me he was as shocked and impressed as I was. With a list of simple ingredients that I already had on hand, it was in the oven and baking away. I noticed there’s even a chocolate version that simply adds cocoa powder in with the flour, and that is on my “to make” list already!
