And in a hearty stew, of course! There’s nothing better than tender beef dripping in a thick broth, surrounded by slow roasted and earthy vegetables.
This recipe makes 6-8 servings, but if you have a big pot, you can easily double it. Set-it and forget-it, and let it cook all day while you can have your hands available for the holidays. You can also add any additional vegetables really, that you want, as long as you add a little extra beef stock.
