Hey, everyone! I hope this post finds you all healthy, happy, and well. Today, we will be talking about the wonders of the almighty spice cake. Spice cake is one of my favorite fall treats. it’s warm, inviting, and super flavorful. If you like gingerbread or pumpkin cake you will LOVE fall spice cake. Do you want to know the best part about it? This cake is slathered in homemade cream cheese frosting! Can i get an “amen?”
Recently, I was invited to a fall harvest party and was asked if I could bring a dessert to pass. I immediately felt giddy because I love making fall cakes, cookies, and pies. When I came across this spice cake recipe I knew that was the one. It was so exciting to see everyone ooo and ahh over my spice cake. One of the biggest and most frequent compliments that I received about this spice cake and cream cheese frosting was just how moist it was. I have to agree that this spice cake is indeed very moist and rich.
