Are you in the mood for a slow cooker chicken meal that’s so good it’ll make your head spin? That’s this recipe! Let me tell ya, guys and dolls, this Crock Pot chicken is very good, so good, that my picky eaters at it without so much as a grumble. My youngest son asked me if I could make it again sometime very soon, which is a defeat in itself. my middle son asked if he could take the leftovers to school the next day for lunch. Say what? He’s really going to give up the school cafeteria pizza for this leftovers? Man oh man this stuff must be good! And guess what? it is! My husband was pretty fond of it, too.

Although this one pot recipe is super simple to make, it’s packed with big flavor that makes it taste gourmet. Knock Your Socks Off Slow Cooker Chicken is a simple slow cooker dinner recipe with chicken, sausage, and a delicious creamy sauce. Simply mix the sauce, pour it over the meat in your slow cooker, and forget about it until dinner time. Just like that, you’ll have an amazing meal everyone will love. – Recipe Lion

Who doesn’t love the sweet tang of teriyaki dripping over tender slices of chicken?  But sometimes you don’t always have the time, or need it to be simplified.  That’s where this chicken teriyaki slow cooker recipe comes in.

This recipe makes 4 servings and is ready in 3-4 hours when cooking on low.  Serve it over white rice, with a side of broccoli.  This also makes great workday lunches, as it reheats beautifully.

I was looking for new and exciting chicken dishes when I accidentally came across this one. I’ll be perfectly honest with you here; my first thought was “what in the world is this?” I haven’t been a big fan of olives but the combination with lemon made me curious. I thought, well, it can’t be that bad and I bought all the ingredients. What I got in return was one of the most delicious chicken dinners I have ever made in my whole life. This recipe went straight to my box of favorites, and it’s not easy to get there!

Bursting with flavor profiles, this dish is not only tender and juicy, but packs a powerful punch of lemon! Throw in some olives and garlic, and you’ve made yourself a meal. This recipe serves 6 and should be set to stew for about 5-6 hours, thus the slow cooker. Serve with a side of healthy veggies, like green beans or corn.

This Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken is perfect for people who want a low-hassle meal and like their meat on the sweet side. It features a sticky-sweet sauce, with the natural mild acidity of the pineapple and mandarin oranges giving it just the right amount of tartness to put the sweet and savory flavors in balance. I have to say, the Hawaiians do know how to blend the Asian and American cooking traditions nicely. I was more than happy to break out my Crock-Pot again to give this a try. And with no pre-cooking even required, this recipe is about as easy as it gets.

For easier cleanup, spray down your slow cooker with some cooking spray or use a liner. You can tweak the sauce in this recipe a bit according to taste. The simplest way to serve this chicken is as shown, on a bed of rice of your choice. I happen to think that jasmine rice goes beautifully with this! That is likely more than enough for a full meal for most people, but if you want some sides, I would recommend some simply cooked carrots and a green vegetable of your choice for a bit of contrast.

This is another great dose of Southern comfort, made simple with the help of your slow cooker. Other than a little bit of prep involved with making the dumplings (don’t worry, it’s not hard), this Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings recipe pretty much consists of dumping it all in and forgetting about it.

Mother liked to make a good pot of chicken and dumplings when the weather turned cold (well, cold for the South, anyway), especially when someone in the family was feeling a bit under the weather. And though it never seemed like that difficult a recipe, even cooked on the stove, it’s even easier made in the Crock-Pot.

If you enjoy the flavor of good barbecue but don’t feel like firing up the grill (or if it’s a bit outside of grilling season in your part of the world), your slow cooker is a good tool for re-creating that great BBQ flavor indoors. This Slow Cooker Barbecue Chicken is really savory and tender and is low-hassle enough for a regular family meal but works well for most any gathering.

The weather has been turning cooler here, and my old grill has finally beat the dust, so alas, I am done with outdoor cooking until next year, it seems. But I had a hankering for some barbecue, so I gave this barbecue chicken recipe a try. I have to say, the chicken came out nice and moist, and I thought that the spice blend was excellent.

I love slow cooker recipes and here’s another great one!  This Crock-Pot Chicken and Black Bean Soup is great for summer eating but sure to warm you up any time of year. I know I will be making this all the time during the cold and windy fall weeks!

Sometimes, a nice bowl of soup with something simple on the side is just what you need. And sometimes, you just want to be able to dump a bunch of ingredients in a pot and do your own thing for a while.  This was a really nice recipe, with a nice splash of festive color, for enjoying the waning days of summer, particularly on a rumbly day such as this one.
