Meatloaf. It’s one of those amazing dishes that never gets old. You can always trust in good old meatloaf to bring your hungry family around the dinner table for a good old-fashioned dining experience. I like to serve my meatloaf dinner with mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, and freshly baked rolls. This particular meatloaf recipe is special because it is a vintage recipe and some say that it came from an old roadside diner out in Nevada. Can you imagine eating meatloaf in the desert after traveling all day? Sounds good to me!
I love the simple flavor combinations in this meatloaf. There aren’t any weird spices or odd pairings that leave you scratching your head. Just hearty, wholesome comfort food. And the best part about this recipe? It isn’t hard to make at all. It only takes the meatloaf about an hour to cook in the oven and before you know it you and your family will be sitting down to a wonderful family dinner together. Isn’t that what it’s all about, folks? Enjoy!
