How To Take The Easy Road And Make People Think You’re a Pastry Chef
I am crazy about all kinds of flaky pastries so it’s no wonder that this here is one of my favorites! Imagine a super simple Danish pastry, with cream cheese filling so good it’ll blow your hair back – that’s what you get with this recipe! You don’t have to bend over backwards trying to make these. All you need is some puff pastry and a handful of other ingredients.
Chances are, you already have everything you need, at hand! These are every day ingredients and I know I keep all of them in my pantry and fridge, at all times. You’ll make the filling literally in minutes (actually, 60 seconds may be enough) and all that’s left to do then is to fill those puff pastry squares and throw’em in the oven.
It’s almost scary how simple this is… But it’s also awesome! This is what I like to serve to surprise guests – I usually don’t have anything prepared, and I don’t need to, with a quick recipe like this one!

Quick Tip: Let these cool a little before serving; the filling is super hot!
