These Tiny Cherry Pies Are a Sweet Surprise! Not Only Will They Treat Your Taste Buds – They Are Adorable!
Want to throw together a really cute dessert that lacks nothing in flavor? Your family or your guests will be impressed with these tiny cherry pies made in muffin tins. The lattice crust is crispy and gooey, and makes them look very pretty. They are the perfect size for after a hearty meal, too. I made them on a weekday and even though everyone was full from our roast that we had for dinner, they still had room for at least one tiny cherry pie.
We also topped them with a scoop of ice cream. That’s just always the way I’ve eaten pie. Having them warm with the vanilla on top is so good! It takes me back to the good old days when my granny made her pies and sat them on the window sill to cool. It was so old-fashioned and cute. I miss those moments so much!

Quick Tip: Feel free to use canned cherry pie filling. Libby is a great brand.
