The only reason I describe this soup as “impossible” is that the flavor is simply unbeatable. This tortilla and hominy soup truly does have a taste all of its own. I couldn’t resist this soup even if I tried. You must follow the recipe as is or you won’t get the wonderful results.
If you’re up for something new and interesting then this posole soup is for you. I love how Mexican tortilla soup meets hominy. What a great combination! Until now, I hadn’t heard of anything like this before. I know you’re gonna love this recipe.
