The perfect Sunday supper!
If you have a meat-loving family like mine, it’s a bit of an advantage when it comes to preparing meals. Most of the time, they will eat anything that you prepare as long as it involves a piece of meat. You can always add a couple of steamed or roasted vegetables and rice or mashed potatoes on the side to make it healthier. My family loves eating chicken the most, but pork is a close second. This is the reason why for about twice a week, we have pork and chicken on the menu. I just make sure to choose the leaner parts so we can enjoy the meat without feeling guilty.
This version of herb and mustard pork roast recipe is a new addition to my roster of recipes. My Mom has a recipe for this too, which I was able to inherit; but this is quite easier and more convenient. Sorry, Mom!
My family loves this version as much as they love my Mom’s. I just adjust a few of the seasonings for my sons because this is really a it too flavorful. But other than that, we really think this is great and we follow the instructions faithfully!

Quick Tip: Do not overcook the meat because it will become dry.
