When it comes to pizza and burgers I am all ears…er…mouth. I love me some amazing pizza, guys. What is your favorite way to eat a pizza? What is your favorite way to eat a burger? Do you want to know mine? Together. Yes, I enjoy eating my pizza and burgers together in a delightful recipe known around these here parts as the ‘pizza burger.”
I remember the first time I had a pizza burger and it was at this little local diner in my hometown that is now closed. So sad! Anyhoo, the pizza burger was actually a deep fried veal patty that contained marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese inside. Boy, were those things delicious! You know, I’ve never been able to find those types of burgers anywhere else other than that diner…that is now closed. Bummer!
