When all you want is a juicy hamburger with a side of fries but you don’t feel like dragging out the grill, whip up this all-American casserole instead! In just 4 ingredients you can have an amazing dinner ready that your entire family will love. I find that this casserole is a HUGE hit with the kids.

 

I don’t know about you, but I don’t always have the time or energy to satisfy my grilled and deep fried cravings. This casserole has helped me get the best of both worlds. It combines savory hamburger, cheese, and a creamy sauce topped by a bed of French fries all baked to perfection. I love to top this casserole with all of the fixins’ like ketchup, mustard, dill relish, and diced onions.

This is a  great side dish to take to those summer picnics, graduation parties, or just about any social gathering that requires a dish to pass. Want to know my favorite way of eating this salad? This is a super easy recipe that is ready in minutes.  The hardest part about this dish is keeping it from going empty.  Seriously, don’t plan on bringing any leftovers home with you because that’s a rarity. Enjoy this rich and creamy pasta salad alongside your favorite picnic foods or as a side dish to one of your weeknight casseroles. I guarantee you won’t be needing a separate dressing for this!

Quick Tip: If after chilling in the fridge this pasta salad gets a bit sticky or dry, simply add a little milk to the mix to spruce it up.
