Hello, everyone! I hope this post finds you all happy, healthy, and well. So, the other day, my middle son turned fifteen. I cannot believe I am the mother of two teenagers and my “baby” is currently finishing up his last year of elementary school. I will no longer have any more kids in elementary school! I simply cannot believe it. Where does the time go? Anyway, my son had a few guys over for his birthday and wanted both pizza and lasagna, but he couldn’t decide which one.
So, I did what any good mom does and found a recipe that combines them both! Now, I’ll be honest, in my search for such a recipe I didn’t think I’d find one that was suitable, but low and behold, I did!
Before serving this pepperoni pizza lasagna to my kids and their friends I taste tested it on myself and neighbor, Sally, first. I made a 1/4 batch and we had it for lunch. Yum! That’s all I can say is, “Yum!”

Quick Tip: I used whole-wheat lasagna noodles as my family prefers them.
