My Favorite Holiday Side Dish!

If you are anything like me you have probably never even entertained the thought of eating artichokes.

I mean, I’ve had them pickled before and in hot dips but never have I ever an entire dish from artichokes… until now. Folks, this recipe is seriously amazing. You take a can of artichokes, prepare according to the recipe directions which can be found on the next page, and bake to perfection. What comes out of the oven is a heavenly dish that tastes like a dream come true. Who knew?

I really like making these Parmesan baked artichokes as a side dish when company is visiting. The presentation of the food looks amazing. Everyone is always impressed when I bring out this dish. And we all love that incredible, gooey cheese, don’t we?

So, g’head, try something new and exciting and bake up your own batch of these savory artichokes. Enjoy!

This Classic Recipe Never Goes Out Of Style!

Hi everyone! I hope you’re all doing great and having fun trying out new recipes! I sure am, and that’s why I decided to introduce you to my latest favorite.

Just recently I came across this wonderful crab cake recipe and I just knew they were going to be a hit! It took me a few days to find the time to make these, and I swear just looking at that picture and thinking about making them, made my mouth water.

I think my husband got a little tired of me going on and on about these crab cakes because one day he said; “Honey, today I’m taking care of everything for you. I’ll do the laundry, walk the dogs and go grocery shopping – so could you please just make those crab cakes before you’ll go crazy?” Haha, bless him! He really did do all those things for me, so I had plenty of time to try making these. Not that I really needed that much extra time for these – 25 minutes was all I needed!

These Juicy Chicken Breasts With A Crispy Crust Are a Cinch To Make

Are you getting tired of having the same old, same old chicken? I love chicken dinners but I often find myself in a situation where I have the same handful of recipes, rotating over and over again. While there’s nothing wrong with repeating recipes your family loves, sometimes you just need a bit of a change. You know what I’m talking about, don’t you?

Last week I decided to try something different. I usually love making chicken casseroles because they’re creamy, easy to make, and I can hide all kinds of vegetables in there and my kids won’t even notice, haha! But I really didn’t feel like having another casserole that day, so I went ahead and got some chicken breasts.

While it may sound like a tiresome task to prepare each family member their own serving of chicken, it really isn’t! You can make this in 20 minutes, from start to finish, then just throw some salad on the side and you’ve got yourself an amazing dinner.

Kids And Adults Alike Are Going To Beg For Seconds!

You won’t believe what I have gotten myself into now! My sister’s two kids are coming over for the weekend while she and her husband are traveling for work.

These two boys, aged 5 and 6, are the most adorable and lovely kids ever, but they are not exactly very adventurous when it comes to food. My sister has been struggling, trying to find them new foods to eat, since it does seem occasionally that all they like is cheese. Somehow I blurted out; “Twenty bucks says I can make them love fish” – and now she is absolutely certain I will fail…

Maybe I was a little overconfident, but I have a special trick up my sleeve that my sister doesn’t know about. You see, I’ve found the recipe to the tastiest salmon cakes on the planet, and I’m pretty sure the boys are going to fall in love with these, without even realizing what they’re made of!

These are the crunchiest, tastiest fish cakes I’ve ever tried, and I have been making them this way ever since I first tried the recipe. No fancy ingredients needed! You probably have all of these at hand.

You’d Better Make Two – This Goes FAST

I remember when I was getting ready to go off to college. It was a bittersweet time for me. I was so ready to embrace the world and see how I would be able to manage things on my own. At the same time, I was just a little bit worried about leaving home. My mother always took care of our meals and pretty much everything related to our everyday life. I thought I might get a little homesick without her dinners, so I asked her to teach me a few of her brilliant recipes. She showed me some of my favorite ones, that would also be easy and inexpensive to make.

I have loved this cheeseburger pie for as long as she has made it! Ever since I was just a kid, it was my favorite meal. My siblings and I wanted this to be on our dinner rotation at least once a week – and mom agreed because it was such a simple way to cook dinner!

While in college, I made this for my friends quite a few times, too. They called it the burger pizza, which I thought was a little funny, since this isn’t really a burger or a pizza! It does have that yummy cheeseburger flavor and it kind of looks like pizza, but it’s better than both of them combined!

Try These Once And You’ll Be Hooked Forever

About a year ago I took a vacation and decided to try every possible new dish I would come across, even if it seemed strange to me.

My husband and I traveled to Mauritius, which is a very small island near the South-East coast of Africa. One of the things we immediately noticed was that they ate a lot of fish! All kinds of fish was available in every possible way, shape and form – and it was delicious.

One of the dishes I tried and absolutely loved were spicy fish balls. You could get them from these tiny kiosks by the beach, or buy frozen ones and cook them in oil yourself. They were so tasty that I simply had to find a recipe as soon as I returned home! Now, this fish ball recipe is said to be Caribbean, but the taste is very close to the ones I tried – and just as delicious.

After Several Hours In The Crock Pot, This Meal Comes Out Tragically Tasty

baking powder, baking soda, Bertolli extra-virgin olive oil, black pepper, Bob's Red Mill, Clabber Girl, crock pot, crushed tomatoes, domino sugar, duced tomatoes, eat, Eggland's Best eggs, food, garlic powder, Gold Medal flour, ground beef, ground turkey, ground veal, Italian seasoning, Johnsonville, kosher salt, Kraft, land o lakes butter, marinara sauce, McCormick spices, Morton salt, panko bread crumbs, recipe, slow cooker, spaghetti and meatballs, TruMoo milk, Wesson vegetable oil

If you’re anything like me, you love homemade spaghetti and meatballs. If you’re anything like me, you hate making homemade spaghetti and meatballs because it’s terribly laborious. Well, folks, I’ve found a recipe that puts the nightmare of hours in the kitchen making meatballs to rest.

It’s time to fire up your trusty Crock Pot because this meal cooks itself! Even the noodles get cooked in the Crock Pot, and they come out relatively al dente and not mushy. That is huge for me because I hate soggy spaghetti noodles. This is definitely a supper that you get to set and forget until it’s done cooking. I always pair slow cooker spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread and a side salad with Italian dressing. Very TASTEE!
