When you think of plating lovely asparagus, the last thing you think of it on, is a tart.

But that’s the best thing about this bite size amuse bouche!

Hollandaise seems to be the perfect union with asparagus flavors, and even the kids love these…

even if they eat them with one pinkie up! 😉

This recipe serves 4-6 people and is ready in about an hour.  Don’t worry, though, it’s all worth it!

Make sure you let the asparagus completely cool on the tart, before drizzling the sauce.

Our friends at 12 Tomatoes had this to say about this dish:

“We love the combination of salty cheese, earthy asparagus, and sweet and tart balsamic vinaigrette here, not to mention how cute it looks all sliced up! It makes a lovely addition to any springtime spread, particularly brunch (our favorite meal). When we want to wow our friends and family, we whip up this savory tart – they’re always amazed at how elegant it is, and we’re always amazed at how easy and delicious it is!”

Aunt Jemima, Aunt Jemima Maple Syrup, butter, egg sandwich, Egg-Land's Best eggs, eggs, Grilled Cheese, Kraft, Kraft cheese, Land O Lakes, maple bacon egg sandwich, Oscar Mayer, oscar mayer bacon

I’m one of those people that loves Thanksgiving for the next day sandwiches, packing everything from a meal, in between two slices.

So if you’re anything like me, you’re gonna love this breakfast sandwich!

Sweet maple flavors lace this deliciously decadent egg and earthy bacon sandwich.

Trust me folks when I say, not only is this recipe incredibly easy, it’s a surefire way to get the family to be quiet for five minutes….while they devour it!

This recipe takes about 45 minutes and serves 4 people, so you may want to double up if you have a bigger family.

My husband doesn’t like maple syrup, so if you have a food baby in the house, like him (tee hee) than you can simply omit that part from your recipe.

You can also sprinkle some powdered sugar on the top, to garnish.  Serve with a side of ketchup.

Our friends at the Food Network, had this to say about the recipe:

“Unable to decide between breakfast and lunch? This sweet and smoky sandwich satisfies both cravings. To speed the process, heat and cook using two skillets at the same time.”

This Meal Will Melt In Your Mouth And Make You Sing “O Sole Mio!”

Just because it’s Italian, it doesn’t always equate to tomatoes. Try mushrooms, chicken, and wine…. now we’re talkin’. Chicken Marsala is named after the Marsala wine it is cooked in, and boy is it a creamy and delicious treat! My kids absolutely love this earthy dish, and I love feeding it to them, because of how healthy it is!

This recipe serves about 4 people and is ready in minutes.  It also makes for great lunches the next day. For anyone that may not be a huge fan of mushrooms, this recipe is sure to change your mind! Our friends at 12 Tomatoes had this to say about this dish:

“This savory chicken dish in wine sauce makes for a fantastic family meal. The wine sauce, emboldened by freshly cut mushrooms, is a good way to introduce a skeptical family member to the wonderful world of cooking with mushrooms. They don’t overpower, but certainly add a distinct flavor that really ties the whole dish together.”

Sure you can serve a regular loaf of bread before, or during dinner, but why do that, when you can stuff it chock full of chewy cheese and crispy bacon? I know, I know, it’s not fair that you’re probably reading this from a place you cannot have this touch your tongue this instant. I felt the same way… but breathe! Because it’s so easy to make, don’t worry, you won’t have to wait very long! So saddle up and get ready to roar with this cheesy pull apart bread and bacon galore!

This is one of the fastest bread recipes in town, and is ready within 15 minutes. It will probably only last about 15 seconds, though! This is the kind of bread that should be eaten on the spot, because it doesn’t always keep for too long. I hardly think anyone will have to worry about this one going stale, though. As our friends at Yummy.ph put it:

“Bring this to your next party! Guests will love pulling out the bread cubes—and all the cheesy goodness with them.”
