Fast-Making Meaty Deliciousness

Swedish Meatballs deliver a classic creamy and savory flavor and are really quick to make. I had some Swedish meatballs a few weeks ago at my usual tailgate spot, and I loved them so much, I just had to hunt down a recipe for them to share with you.

Fast-cooking recipes such as these are great for parties, tailgates, and midweek dinners. Just pair with your favorite pasta, and there you have it! These aren’t the Italian-style meatballs that most people are used to, but if you like savory and creamy sauces, you’ll really enjoy meatballs this way.

I think that you could practically drink this gravy. And yes, as the original recipe provider suggests, you may want to make a bit extra sauce if you are using broad egg noodles or something similar. This recipe is best if you have enough gravy that it can really soak into the pasta; that way, the savory flavor really takes hold, and you can make that great meaty taste stretch that much further.

These Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Meatballs make for great party or tailgate food or for a simple, hearty meal at home. It’s a really easy recipe. And, for that matter, the sauce only requires five ingredients, most (if not all) of which are likely to be in your pantry or refrigerator already. I love a number of different meatball flavors, but the honey garlic combination is a classic, and it’s a great option if you’re on a bit of a budget and want something low-hassle.

This recipe specifically calls for frozen meatballs, mostly as a means of making use of meatballs you already have on hand. If you are going to cook your own and are going to use your slow cooker for this recipe, I would recommend at least chilling them before putting them in there; they’ll be less likely to break apart if you do that.

One Of Our Favorite Meatball Recipes, Back By Popular Demand

These Cranberry Meatballs pack a lot of flavors and would be great as a party appetizer or as part of a full meal.  And since they stand out a bit from the crowd, they are sure to be remembered (and remembered well). I have done meatballs plenty of different ways, but I hadn’t tried them this way before. Normally, I only think of cranberry (and cranberry sauce in particular) as something for desserts or for certain holiday dishes, but I have to say that it works very well here for something that can be served most any time of year.

That nice sweet and sour combination works well with so many things! My husband had his doubts about these when he heard what’s in them… He’s like that, whenever I’m making something that he thinks is a bit too experimental!

Well, I got the last laugh when he ended up going for a third helping!

It’s funny about meatballs. There’s something about them that makes them one of the most wanted dishes among kids – and adults as well. Sometimes it seems all they ever want to eat are meatballs and more meatballs! However, for me personally they tend to get a little boring after a while of using the same recipe. Don’t get me wrong – I love my Mom’s recipe, it’s super tasty – but no-one wants to eat the same thing all the time. Especially if it’s something you make rather often.

This meatball parmigiana recipe is very authentic. And not to mention super delicious! This is a great dish for family Italian night – the combination of meats gives these meatballs just the right texture and  flavor. I’ve also made these for game night with a house full of friends. I’m telling you, a plate full of these and a cold beer in your hand… it’s perfection!
