How To Bring Back The Summer Vibes, Any Time Of Year
It doesn’t get any easier than this! You only need 6 ingredients for this salsa, plus a pinch of salt, and the prep work won’t take you longer than a few minutes. You’ll end up with this amazing side dish that works perfectly with all your BBQ entrees! My favorite to pair this with is grilled chicken – it’s like they were meant for each other! But I have to say this mango salsa is so delicious that I would be quite happy to eat it for lunch on its own. That’s why I always make a little extra…
I fell in love with mangoes a few years ago when my husband and I were visiting family in Hawaii. They had this huge mango tree in the backyard – you can’t even imagine how delicious those mangoes were! We basically had them for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Since then I’ve been trying to find new recipes using this beautiful fruit, and this mango salsa has quickly become my favorite. So easy to make, and the flavors work really well together. Make sure you choose nice and ripe mangoes for this – they bring it just the right amount of sweetness.

Quick Tip: Add more jalapenos if you’d like a spicier salsa!
