When it comes to recipes, easy is always best. So, of course this recipe for lazy day lasagna caught my eye. I mean, for one, who can resist a hot, bubbling pan of lasagna? And, for two, who can resist making a lasagna that is virtually hassle-free? Not me! This lazy day lasagna is very easy to make and it tastes amazing. my family gobbled it down like a herd of hungry turkeys. Do turkeys eat lasagna? Probably not, but they would if they could try this lasagna!
This recipe is a great meal to take to a church potluck or other social gathering. It makes a lot fo food and requires minimal effort. To me, that sounds like a win-win situation, yes?
