Who doesn’t love a scrumptious creamy casserole? Personally, when I set my eyes on this prosciutto pasta casserole I knew what was for dinner tonight! With a short and simple ingredient list it’s a cinch to whip up and the entire family will be going back for seconds and thirds!

With under 10 ingredients and simple cooking methods, this dinner comes together with ease. If fontina or gruyere cheese sound to “fancy” for you, swap it out with another cheese of your choosing. Swiss is a good alternative as the flavors are close. Bake it up for 25-30 minutes and dinner is served! Don’t forget the crunchy bread and butter on the side!

Bored of the usual eggs and bacon? Feel like a short-order chef when it should be a ‘lazy’ Sunday? This cheesy breakfast sausage croissant bake is the solution to all your problems. A base of buttery croissants lines the casserole pan, followed by spicy ground Italian sausage for your protein, and then a lovely cheesy egg mixture tops it all off.

 

Bake this up until golden brown and bubbly and serve it up at your next Sunday brunch or bring it to a friends house for a tasty pot-luck that will be a new favorite! This one was just too good to pass by, I just had to share it! If you love Italian food as much as I do then stuffed shells are a must for any occasion. Stuffing options are endless, but I love this version I came across with spinach and ricotta. Sneaking in veggies without compromising flavor is a win-win in my book!

 

 

Super creamy with the perfect hint of a lemon-y tang, combined with a slightly crispy parmesan crust will take you on a tasty tour of Italy. This recipe bakes in a quick 20 minutes and serves enough for company. I know what’s for dinner tonight in my home!
