If you need some finger food for your next big event (or just enjoy munching on nice appetizers with the family) and are in a bit of a rut, consider going Asian with this recipe. These Ginger-Shrimp Pot Stickers With Peanut Dipping Sauce are sure to be a big hit with even the pickiest of eaters!

After char siu ribs, pot stickers may well be my favorite Asian appetizer.  They are part crunchy, part chewy, and 100% delicious.  I love them at least as much as I do egg rolls (and I could eat plenty of those any day of the week, too). Serve up a big tray of these, and neither you nor your guests will go hungry or be bored with the food.

An Easy But Delicious Finger Food Recipe

These Easy Cheesy Potato Skins are about as simple an appetizer to make as there is, but you will love the flavor! The bacon (and green onion, if you choose to include it) add a nice texture contrast in addition to giving the appetizer more mouth-watering flavor depth. These are great for parties and at-home snacking. Who doesn’t like some tasty finger food now and then?  I certainly do.  Though these potato skins make for an excellent party appetizer, they are more than easy enough to make for everyday snacking.

The kids will love them, I assure you. They’re great by themselves, but with a simple dip, they make for a nice small meal.  And you won’t have to deal with any complicated prep–no elaborate scooping or any other such medium.

Basically, just slice a few things, and the oven does the rest of the work for you.

Love barbecue ribs but don’t have the time to spend by the grill? Then consider trying these sweet and savory Sriracha-Cranberry Baby Back Ribs! Just a touch of heat without being overwhelming, and the best part: It’s a slow cooker recipe! This is great as part of an easy family meal or as finger food that everyone at your next party will eagerly devour.

I love my Southern barbecue ribs! You could say that living fairly close to Memphis has me a bit spoiled. I don’t always feel like spending a lot of time standing over a grill, though; sometimes, I love to focus on cooking up some fabulous sides! I was eager to break out the Crock-Pot and try these slow-cooked baby back ribs. They were easy to prepare, with little hassle (just a few minutes in the oven after their time in the Crock-Pot), and they were well worth the wait.
