This gorgeous tart is more than pretty to look at, it’s delicious.
I could hardly wait to cut into it. Then I was careful to follow directions using a butter knife and running it under hot water before each cut. The result was a lovely-looking professional tart with orange and brown swirls throughout. It was the perfect fall treat!
I actually lucked out because my son’s favorite color is brown, my daughter’s is orange and my husband is a Cleveland Browns fan. Now that I think of it, this would be perfect for a game day snack! It’s indulgent but not too rich. I love pumpkin flavors anyway, so anything pumpkin is good in my book. Tis’ the season my friends! Stock up on cans of pumpkin, and don’t forget to cook down your Halloween pumpkins, too! My mom used to do that and make her Thanksgiving day pies from it. Yummy!
