One of the secrets to this recipe, is that when you cook the pasta with the broth, it becomes infused with the chicken flavor. This casserole is so filling, it’s like 2 meals in one.
Make sure when you’re cooking the cheese on the top, you cover it with foil so it will crisp but not brown. This recipe yields about 8 servings and is ready in about an hour and 45 minutes.
