Hey, everyone! So, I was just brainstorming for some ideas to throw into my monthly meal plan. Do any of you create a meal menu for the entire month? You should totally do it! It helps me out tremendously. Give it a try. If you want, start with a weekly meal plan first.
OK, back on track with the recipe. Sorry, I get easily sidetracked. So anyway, I was looking through my box of recipes cards and came across my super easy-to-make slow cooker beef stroganoff. I absolutely adore this recipe because it’s oh so heavenly on the palate and very filling. So naturally, I had to share my secret with you guys. Enjoy!

Quick Tip: Make sure to cook this meal on your Crock Pot’s low setting so that the cream sauce doesn’t scorch.
