I love a good salad. One of my favorite places to eat is the salad bar in town, allowing my to pick and choose the toppings I’m going to pile on top. It’s delicious! Adding a good mixture of crunchy and chewy toppings, along with a zip of sweet or salty makes the salad just perfect for consumption.
The only thing better than a perfectly executed salad is a perfectly executed dip based on…. a salad. I know! A dip that’s based on a salad totally blew my mind! I wasn’t expecting this twist when I found this recipe, but after I made it, I knew my salad life would never be the same again. This dip is perfect to share with friends and family as it will be the star of the show. It’s a recipe that’s different, but still delicious!
