This Dairy-Free Peachy French Toast is a lovely sweet treat that also (provided that you choose the right bread) manages to be entirely non-GMO, gluten-free, and lactose-free. It’s also baked instead of fried, making it lighter and lower on the hassle than most forms of french toast. This is properly a breakfast item, though I think it’s nice for a dessert most any time of day. It’s a great idea if someone in your family has to be on a restricted diet but still would like something sweet now and then.

Mix the peach slices with the sugar ahead of time, and you can slap this together in no time. Just be sure to flip the bread about halfway through the baking process, and you’ll have no trouble putting this together. Though I like this dessert as-is, if you want to give this recipe more of a peaches & cream flavor, while still keeping it dairy-free, add a bit of Silk vanilla yogurt to the topping at the end.

Bring the savory flavor of the Wild West to your breakfast table with this hearty Southwestern Breakfast Casserole. It’s great for potlucks and large family meals and bakes in just an hour.

I can be a bit picky about my breakfast food. Though I settle for the absolute basics when I have to, I really prefer something rather hearty and a bit outside the norm that isn’t too difficult to foot the bill.  This Southwestern breakfast casserole fits the bill nicely.

When you want to put together a hearty, filling breakfast, it is hard to go wrong with some form of sausage, eggs, and bacon!  The Foodie Couple’s Breakfast Hash nicely combines all three with ample servings of herbs, potatoes, and tomatoes to yield a filling, well-balanced, low-hassle meal that starts your day right.

One of the great things about this recipe, is that it uses leftover potatoes. I hate throwing food away, it’s such a waste and I always try and do what’s best for the environment. Besides – in my opinion, potatoes only get better when they’re being fried afterwards! This yummy dish is one of my husband’s favorite breakfasts. I can’t imagine a week without making this at least once!

No need to settle for Taco Bell if you want a quick Tex-Mex meal for breakfast!  These Austin-Inspired Breakfast Tacos give you all that great flavor and can be prepped and cooked in just over half an hour. That’s faster than driving to Taco Bell and back!

I do love my taco nights, but it turns out, tacos don’t just have to be for lunch or dinner; they’re good for breakfast, too.  These breakfast tacos are a tasty way to start your day right that won’t require a whole lot of time or effort to put together. And you can whip up a double batch to make sure there will be enough leftovers for lunch! That’s what I always do – and I never regret it!

At first my husband thought it was a strange idea to have tacos for breakfast… After all, we’re pretty used to the oatmeal and fruits, or maybe toast and honey. But once he tasted these, he said we’ll never go back to oatmeal again!

I’m not that great with breakfast. I mean, I do love to eat a healthy, delicious breakfast but I often find myself too busy (or just too lazy) to start cooking in the morning.

With this Crock-Pot Breakfast Casserole, it will be easier than ever to slap together a healthy and very tasty breakfast for your family. And this is the sort of breakfast that you could easily have for lunch or dinner, too.

When I do put together something for breakfast, I prefer not to have to have too many eyes going on the stove at the same time or things that I have to make in quick succession if I can help it. Something like this is just right for me. Just put everything in there and let the Crock-Pot do its thing. (Sure, there is a touch of layering involved, but it’s nothing too elaborate or complicated.)
