Mouth-Watering, Falling Apart, Juicy Meat With Only 5 Minutes of Prep – I’m In Forever!
I love when I find a recipe that takes minimal time but makes me look like a professional chef. I usually keep these secrets to myself, dishing them up from the crock and serving my family and friends without them knowing I barely lifted a finger. Don’t you dare tell! The only person I share this with is my adult daughter, and we made this recipe via FaceTime, together. She made it for her new husband and he said it was better than anything his mother ever cooked for him.
I call that winning to the extreme! I told her not to even give me credit. This pork tenderloin smothered in balsamic glaze is superb. It falls apart easily and is a dish that stands on its own but I think it’d be great served with potatoes of some sort.
Meat and potatoes are always an easy winner in my house!

Quick Tip: Use a slotted spoon to get the meat out of the crock – it’s much easier.
