If you’re like me, whenever you go to your favorite breakfast place you absolutely have to have country biscuits and gravy. Whether it’s a meal or a side, I just can’t deny my love for those classic southern flavors. That’w why I was more than delighted to find this casserole that features not only the sausage gravy and biscuits but also eggs! Just close your eyes for a moment and imagine the goodness, you’re in aren’t you? I am all in and could eat this every day – no lie! Thankfully, it’s a dish that the whole family loves so I can make it whenever I want.
So you’ve got all the important players for a complete breakfast. The layer of biscuits on the bottom, egg mixture and cheese if you like on top of that, then smothered in that delectable gravy! You’ll eat serving after serving I promise and get no family complaints.

Quick Tip: I do love the cheddar cheese in this dish, but if you’re lactose intolerant it’s perfect without.
