So simple and so tummy-huggin’ good!
What memories raviolis bring back from childhood! I think my first were Chef Boyardee, like a lot of folks’. But then I remember my grandmother making some homemade ones that I can still taste. Every time I make raviolis I can almost hear her singing in the kitchen, with her pots and pans, making the most delicious dinner ever. I never had her recipe but as a kid I remember thinking it looked really complicated!
These days I don’t have much time for cooking, so I’m pretty sure I would hardly ever get to make grandma’s recipe, anyway. Which is why I’m glad I came across this one – and I’m even happier it turned out so tasty!
This may be the easiest recipe I have posted in a while – the list of ingredients totals a whopping three items! These crispy cheesy raviolis will not disappoint you, though. Just because they are simple to make does not change the fact that they are very tastee.
