Crisp And Tender At The Same Time – These Potatoes Are Amazing!
You’ve probably tried a dozen different recipes for potatoes, haven’t you? I love potatoes – they are so incredibly versatile and you can make so many different kinds of side dishes using them, and only a few other ingredients. When I’m busy, I usually just boil or steam the potatoes but whenever I want something special, this is my go-to recipe.
This recipe isn’t as difficult or time consuming as one might think, looking at the picture. It only takes about 20 minutes of prep time, and then the oven will take care of the rest. As long as you can keep an eye on them while they’re baking, you’ll get a delicious and festive side dish with very little effort. I must say the Swedish have come up with pretty amazing recipes. Their meatballs are incredible, and these Hasselback potatoes are possibly even better!
