You’ll Make These Fast And Devour Them Even Faster!

It seems to me people are always in a hurry these days, or maybe it’s just the way things are at our house… That’s where 30-minute recipes, such as these, come in handy!

I would love to serve homemade meals every single day but sometimes it’s just totally impossible to find time for cooking. My crock pot has become my best friend lately – thanks to it I haven’t had to opt for takeout, every day of the week! But occasionally I really feel like making something for my family, without using the slow cooker.

And that’s when I move to the opposite direction; instead of slow cooking, I find recipes that can be made really fast! I’ve written all of these down in a separate little cookbook that I titled “Super Quick Recipes”. Not a very fancy title, huh? At least it’s accurate!

Whether you’re looking to make an appetizer, dinner or dessert, there’s a recipe for that on this list. You can make all of these in 30 minutes (or less) but I guarantee it won’t take that long for them to disappear! What is your favorite, quick-to-make recipe? I’d love to read about it, in the comment section below!

7 easy recipes chicken broccoli alfredo casserole

One does not simply have a single serving of chicken broccoli alfredo casserole.

When it comes to weeknight meal planning I am often a pro. I love to meal plan because it makes life so much easier and it also saves a ton of money at the grocery store. But, then there are those times where I completely forget to make my meal plan and my weekly suppers are bombed with crappy meals. In the summer, we usually grill out and have hamburgers and hot dogs but you can’t feed your family that every single day. So, bakes like chicken broccoli alfredo casserole are a real life saver. They are easy to make and I usually have all of the ingredients on hand.

If you are into making easy meals that are nutritious and filling then you are going to love this chicken broccoli alfredo casserole recipe on the next page.

Let me know how you like this recipe in the comment section below. Enjoy!

Grandma’s Awesome Beef Recipes Are Here To Make Your Mouth Water!

If you ask my husband, a meal isn’t a meal unless it includes some kind of meat. Don’t get me wrong, he does like salads and all kinds of veggies as a side dish, but he is not a fan of all-vegetarian dinners… Although I was able to trick him once with a veggie lasagna, haha! You guys need to remind me to share that recipe at some point!

Anyways, the man does like his protein in the form of chicken, pork or beef, so I’ve collected some nice, easy-to-make recipes that I make when I want to pamper him or say thank you for the hard work he is doing, to provide for our family.

These 5 beef recipes were actually chosen by him – he said if I’m going to put together a list, it would be “a disaster to leave any of these out”. And I know he’s right! These beef recipes are always a huge success when I make them, and I guarantee your family is going to fall in love with them, too!

My neighbors, Ed and Gemma, are Ireland natives and decided to invite my husband and I over for an Irish feast.

So, last year on St. Patrick’s Day, our neighbors, Ed and Gemma, invited us over for an authentic meal of corned beef and cabbage. We absolutely adore Ed and Gemma because of how much they love each other. Don’t get me wrong, they can be quite fiery at times and they like to argue (must be the Irish haha) but at the end of the day, their love is as passionate as two doves after midnight. What does that even mean? LOL

My husband and I brought some Irish soda bread over to the dinner which seemed to impress Ed and Gemma, greatly. The corned beef and cabbage was excellent.

guinness stout irish stew

You’ve had beef stew but have you had Guinness stout Irish stew?

I love celebrating holidays, even those that I have nothing to do with. It gives me a chance to teach my kiddos about other cultures. Soon, it’ll be St. Patrick’s day. Now, I’m not Irish nor am I Catholic but I like to celebrate the holiday with my kids making different cuisines that mark the day. This year, we will be making Guinness stout Irish stew. I can’t wait to make this yummy stew! In fact, a few sisters down the street from me are Irish and they are the ones who taught me how to make this stew only they used lamb instead of beef.

The sisters made such an impression on my family with their delicious Guinness stout Irish stew that it inspired me to make it on my own this St. Patrick’s Day.

Are you ready to get your hands on this amazing recipe? Wait no longer, my friend! Simply hop on over to the next page and let’s get cooking!

Amish rivel soup is easy to make and only consists of 5 ingredients.

I don’t know if you folks have ever heard of Amish rivel soup but boy oh boy, are you ever in for a treat. First of all, this soup is VERY EASY to make and only includes 5 ingredients. The fifth ingredient, minced parsley, is optional and is more of a garnish so you don’t have to sue it if you don’t want to. I like to use the minced parsley or chopped chives because it gives the soup a bit of color. Do whatever tickles your fancy 🙂

Amish rivel soup is near and dear to my heart because my mom used to make it all of the time when I was growing up. She would always put a pat of butter on top of the soup before serving it. Yummo!
