An Easy But Delicious Finger Food Recipe
These Easy Cheesy Potato Skins are about as simple an appetizer to make as there is, but you will love the flavor! The bacon (and green onion, if you choose to include it) add a nice texture contrast in addition to giving the appetizer more mouth-watering flavor depth. These are great for parties and at-home snacking. Who doesn’t like some tasty finger food now and then? I certainly do. Though these potato skins make for an excellent party appetizer, they are more than easy enough to make for everyday snacking.
The kids will love them, I assure you. They’re great by themselves, but with a simple dip, they make for a nice small meal. And you won’t have to deal with any complicated prep–no elaborate scooping or any other such medium.
Basically, just slice a few things, and the oven does the rest of the work for you.
