5 beef recipes hungarian bean beef stew

Hungarian bean and beef stew turns a cold day into a tropical retreat.

Nothing beats a hot and steamy bowl of Hungarian bean beef stew when Old Man Winter comes a knockin’. I can remember my mother making this delicious stew for ys kids when we were small and each of LOVED it. The big debate was which bowls we were going to use. Mom had a collection of cute little soup bowls that we all fought over as there were only four of them and five of us. After we got the bowl argument settled we sat at the table and enjoyed our Hungarian bean and beef stew in silence. Yum!

This amazing recipe is super easy to follow, especially when you watch Irene Maitz-Playfair’s instructional YouTube video. Thanks, Irene!
