One of my favorite parts of the day is breakfast time.

I know, I know, it is because I am obsessed with food, but I just cannot help it.  I absolutely love every little bit of my breakfast, no matter what I am eating.  It is a simple way to eat good food at an early time and jump start my day.  My favorite part, and common denominator with every breakfast meal is a cup of coffee.

I could be enjoying oatmeal, toast, cereal, or anything else, but I always have a cup of coffee with me. That being said, I also love a good little sweet treat at the end.  Sometimes it is hard to come by as I do not always stock up on donuts or cake since I will just spend the whole day eating that.  But, every now and then I find a recipe that I am able to make over the weekend and enjoy a little bit every morning with breakfast.

This is one of those recipes! It is full of flavor, lots of cinnamon sugar and is a dense cake, great for dipping in your daily cup of coffee.  I just cannot get enough of this!
