Have you ever thought of doing something nice for someone, but you weren’t sure what?
I have so many good people in my life that sometimes I just want to pay it forward for no particular reason at all. There’s just this overwhelming sense that comes over me that makes me want to surprise someone with something nice. It’s such a good feeling to know that you made someone’s day better by doing something nice.
The only problem is – what do I do? I guess there are only a million things to do in this world so I have to narrow it down by personality. Even that can be a little iffy sometimes too. I know that a sure way to show someone you appreciate them is by giving them a sweet treat. I mean we do it every year on Valentine’s day and people are happy. Why not provoke that same feeling on a random day of the year!
My go-to gift is usually a baked goodie in a cute tin. I tend to love baking cookies so I go for that. Now this recipe is probably the most delicious cookie recipe that I have ever made.
I have never met someone that did not love this cookie. People usually get really excited when they see me come over with a cute tin because they know what is inside of it!

Quick Tip: Add walnuts or pecans for a nutty surprise.
