An easy-to-follow recipe that renders you with delicious cinnamon-filled cookies.
Cinnamon is one of my favorite ingredients to work with when baking. I love how it tastes, smells, and looks. This recipe calls for something a little better…cinnamon chips! These little chips are like chocolate and cinnamon got married.
My youngest son helped me make these cookies the other day. We made 4 dozen of the little gems! We plan to package them up and give them to the residents at our local nursing home as a holiday gift.
I love giving treats away during the holidays season and I love it when my kids can help me do so.
