This is the kind of meatloaf that you will get your Italian food fix. The sauce is seriously delicious and will have you reaching for more so that you can smoother each piece of the meatloaf. My family loves this mozzarella stuff meatloaf. My 12-year-old son told me that he loved it so much that he wanted to make it the next time!
I love teaching my kids how to cook so I cannot wait to see him in action! The more that I see my kids enjoying our family meals, the more I am excited for them to cook for their own families.
I’ll be one happy camper when I hear that grandma taught them how to make that wonderful meal! What a fantastic feeling! Make this fabulous meatloaf and pass the recipe on.
