Such a sweet treat for the holidays. These cookies bring back so many memories.
When I was a little girl our church would host an annual Christmas program. After the program, everyone would gather in the foyer for refreshments. There were always plates upon plates of cookies. Peanut butter cup cookies were always there and they were usually made by my mother.
Even though I had been sampling them all day while mom was making them they were always the first cookie I’d grab after the program. I LOVED mom’s peanut butter cup cookies and I still do.
This year, I’ll be making these yummy cookies for myself and taking them to my church’s cookie exchange.
Anyway, I bet you are biting at the bit to get the details of this amazing recipe, right? Without further ado, please hop on over to the next page for the ingredients and instructions. Enjoy!
