Cool and creamy coconut cream dessert bars that will surely please even the pickiest of eaters.
Every year during Thanksgiving my family always has an obscene amount of pumpkin-inspired desserts.
I mean, don’t get me wrong. I love me some pumpkin pie and pumpkin rolls. However, I’d like there to be a bit more variety. So, this year I’ll be sprucing up the dessert table with these lovely coconut cream pie bars. I tested these little beauties out on my family last weekend and they LOVED them.
My husband took a few bars to work with him and said his co-workers loved them. So, I guess these bars are a winner for Thanksgiving dinner!
Anyway, I bet you are biting at the bit to get the details of this amazing recipe, right? Without further ado, please hop on over to the next page for the ingredients and instructions. Enjoy!
