When I eat this cake I think of cherry cola. Seriously! I think the combination of chocolate and cherries gives it a Cherry Coke-type of flavor. Whatever it is, it’s good! You won’t believe how easy this masterpiece is to make. Just by looking at this cake you probably think that it would take hours of labor-intensive work to complete. Nope! Just the opposite, actually.
I made this delicious chocolate cherry cake for a bake sale a few weeks ago and it was one of the first desserts to sell. Presentation is everything and this simple cake has just that.
