Well, folks, you came to the right place because this recipe is literally the bomb…the butter bomb that is. These butter cookies are so spectacular and they are super easy to through together on a busy afternoon. For one, you use a cake mix in this recipe. Yep, a cake mix. Now, I know some of you don’t like using cake mixes and that is okay, everyone is entitled to their own opinions. I enjoy using a cake mix from time to time 🙂
There are only 5 ingredients in this recipe and chances are you will have most of them, if not all, in your pantry. Don’t you just love it when you don’t have to go to the grocery store?
I made these cookies yesterday for my family and had them waiting for the kids as they got off the school bus. They had friends with them so needless to say, the cookies disappeared off the plate in two shakes of a lamb’s tail. luckily, I set some aside for when daddy gets home from work. Enjoy!
